Please help - my bread sticks to loaf pans. I like the shape of bread done in loaf pans, but it doesn't matter what I use, my bread sticks in the pans. I've used glass, silicone, non-stick metal and now regular stainless steel. I spray oil on the pans before letting the dough do it's final rise. Someone please tell me what I'm doing wrong.
